Delivery information

We can delivery anywhere within the UK at a standard rate of £5.95 via our approved courier, Parcel Force. 

We endeavour to process and dispatch orders within 5-10 working days, providing the relevant security checks have been met and payment processed. Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 24 hours.

In exceptional circumstances and when an item needs to be specially ordered, please allow up to 30 days for delivery, however in these instances, we will make sure you are kept updated. If the delay is likely to be significantly longer, we will contact you to inform you of an approximate delivery date.

On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email with details of delivery, this contains the tracking number so you can track it online right to your door. Delivery is made during weekdays, excluding bank holidays and arrives within 24 hours within mainland UK, or 48 hours outside mainland UK.

We can deliver to an address that isn’t your billing address, however, when placing an order you must use the correct billing address of where your method of payment is registered when prompted.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If there is no-one present at the delivery address, the courier may leave it with a neighbour or leave you a "sorry we missed you" card with details of how to collect / arrange a redelivery for your products. It is your responsibility to collect your item or arrange a redelivery. If you do not collect your products or have them redelivered within several working days, then your parcel will be sent back to us, where you may have to pay for redelivery.

We cannot accept any special instructions, such as “leave in porch”

We will always try to fulfill our customers' needs and meet the quoted delivery date, however this is only an estimate and we cannot guarantee that the item will get there on the specified date, especially if there is a problem with the courier, such as road incident, floods, snow etc.
